When a customer's video management system (VMS) requests a video feed, Cobalt's backend servers authenticate the request, verify the request originates from a known IP address, ensure the user has access to the requested robot feed, and create an RTSP streaming connection between the VMS and the robot's own RTSP server.
Note: You will have to allow your VMS to make an outbound connection to video.cobaltrobotics.com on port 8554.
